1. The Candidates should present themselves at the place of Examination at least half and hour before the time fixed for the first paper and fifteen minutes before the time fixed for subsequent papers.

2. The candidates who offer Mathematics, Geography, Geometrical and Technical Drawing and Science subjects should bring their own Instrument Boxes and drawing board etc. The use of colored pencils is allowed in case of science.

3. The candidates must bring their own ink, pen holders and pencils.

4. The Practical Examinations will start from Monday the 05th April 2010.

Hyderabad: The class 9th and 10th annual examinations 2010 will be held from March 24 across the sindh.
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad Date Sheet for SSC Annual Examination, 2010 will be announced round about 6th March, 2010.

This was announced by Prof Anwar Ahmed Zai, chairman of the committee of the heads of educational boards of Sindh while chairing a meeting held in this connection, according to a statement issued here on Wednesday.

Matric Science Group Results Hyderabad Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education

Hyderabad, July 10: All top positions in the Matric Science Group results of the examination held in March 2009 went to private institutes as per the results announced by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Hyderabad, on Thursday.

Not a single position holder in the top three belonged to any government school or institution. The Cadet College Petaro secured the top three positions among the boys while a girl student of the Hayat Girls’ School secured the first position among the girls.

Bilawal, son of M Sadique (seat No 98484), Shahabuddin, son of Atharuddin (seat No 98475), and Rayhan, son of Jamil Ahmed (seat No 98584), were declared as first, second and third, respectively, among the position holders in boys.

Among the girls, Yumna, daughter of Mohammed Afzal Shaikh, (seat No 63038) of the Hayat Girls School, Kiran, daughter of Rukhsar Qureshi of County Cambridge School (seat No 63107), and Juveria, d/o Mohammad Hakam of Strong Base High School (seat No 63061), got the first, second and third positions respectively.

According to the results announced by the BISE controller examinations Prof Mohsin Atta, a total of 46,725 candidates enrolled for the examination of Secondary School Certificate (SSC Part II) out of which 46,644 appeared in the examination and 39,712 passed it. The News

Hyderabad Board announced results HSC Part II Supplementary Examination

Hyderabad, Jan 23: The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Hyderabad on Thursday announced the results of HSC Part-II (Home Economics/Commerce & Humanities groups) Supplementary Examination 2008.

Three candidates were enrolled and appeared in Home Economics group out of which one candidate passed in “B” Grade and two passed in “C” Grade. Similarly, 209 candidates were enrolled in the Commerce group out of which 20 passed in “C” Grade, while 83 candidates passed “D” Grade and 5 passed in “E” Grade.

The result of only one candidate was withheld. In Humanities group, a total of 972 candidates were registered out of which 729 candidates appeared in the examination. A total of 542 candidates passed their examination out of which 17 passed in “B” Grade, 286 in “C” Grade, 230 in “D” Grade and 9 in “E” Grade.

BISE releases SSC-I result

Hyderabad, Nov 06: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Hyderabad, announced result of the Secondary School Certificate Part-I (Class-IX) annual examination 2008 of science and general groups.

According to a notification, a total of 46,987 students appeared in the examination out of whom 38,442 passed all the five papers while result of 171 candidates was been withheld for a variety of reasons.

In the general group, a total of 1,628 candidates appeared out of whom 1,134 got through in all the five papers while result of 53 was withheld. Dawn

HYDERABAD, Aug 19: The controller of examinations, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Hyderabad, Prof Abdul Hafeez Soomro, on Monday announced the results of HSC-II, annual examination, 2002, of pre-engineering, pre-medical and science general groups.

The results were announced in the presence of position holders and their parents and teachers of different intermediate colleges at a ceremony held at the local press club.


Among boys, Faisal Dildar, son of Mohammad Dildar Jamal Ghumman, of the Petaro Cadet College secured first position by obtaining 911 marks, Arsalan Alam, son of Mohammad Alam Khanzada, and Mohammad Saleem, son of Ali Murad Korai, of the same college secured second position by taking 904 marks each while the third position was bagged by Amjad Ali, son of Abdul Sattar Shaikh, of the Hyderabad Public School with 903 marks.

Among girls, Nimerta Sirichand, daughter of Sirichand Sachdev, of the Beacon House Public School, Qasimabad, secured first position with 890 marks while Hira Rabel, daughter of Anis Mughal, of the College of Excellence for Girls, Latifabad, and Fatima Nisar, daughter of Nisar Ahmad Soomro, of the Foundation Public Higher Secondary School, Latifabad, bagged second and third positions by securing 877 and 871 marks respectively.


Among boys, Khairuddin Memon, son of Niaz Ahmad Memon, of the Hyderabad Public School stood first with 926 marks while Dharma Dev, son of Maha Dev Madhoo Mal Malhi, of the Sanghar Cadet College and Salam Khoja, son of Ghulam Mohammad Khoja, of the Preston Intermediate College, Latifabad, bagged second and third positions with 896 and 888 marks respectively.

Among girls, Afshan Jawaid, daughter of Abdul Rauf Jawaid Syed, of the Government Nazerath Girls College, Hyderabad, secured first position by obtaining 914 marks, Beenish, daughter of Rehmatullah, of the College of Excellence for Girls, Latifabad-6, and Saba Afzal, daughter of Malik Amir Afzal, of the Zain Public School, Badin, shared the second position by obtaining 894 marks each while Shabanam, daughter of Mohammad Ismail Memon, of the Government Nazerath Girls College, Hyderabad, secured third position with 892 marks.


Among boys, Moiz Khan, son of Waqar Ali Khan, of the Army Public School, Hyderabad, stood first by obtaining 796 marks while the second position was secured by Raza Mohammad, son of Kazi Noor Mohammad Sand, of the Mirpurkhas Public School with 783 marks.

The third position was shared by Faisal Aman, son of Amanullah Abbasi, of the Army Public School, Hyderabad, Ghulam Mujtaba, son of Nizamuddin Memon, of the Government College, Matiari, and Mohammad Yousuf, son of Mohammad Waryal Khaskheli, of the same college with 777 marks each.

Among girl candidates, all the three positions were bagged by the students of the Government Nazerath Girls College, Hyderabad. Syeda Sehrish Aftab, daughter of Syed Aftab Ahmad, secured first position with 902 marks while Saba Mubashir, daughter of Syed Mubashir Ali, and Sadaf, daughter of Nazar Ali Momin, bagged second and third positions by securing 890 and 797 marks respectively. The pass percentage on the whole remained 50.61.
